Paid packs add more structure for higher-friction cases. They are product features, not advice, representation or a promise of a result.

What paid access covers

Paid access can include tailored evidence prompts, stronger complaint, chaser and escalation drafts, clearer summaries, points-to-challenge sections, source-aware checks and additional assistant features.

What paid access does not cover

Paid access does not include legal, financial, insurance, medical, welfare-rights or housing advice, claims management, representation, automatic submission, automatic chasing, guaranteed compensation or guaranteed outcomes.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking facts, editing drafts, deciding what to send, choosing recipients, checking deadlines and complying with any third-party process. MySide helps you organise and prepare; it does not act for you.

Payment and access

If online checkout is available, payment is handled by a payment provider. If checkout is not shown for your account, paid access is not available through self-service for that account. Contact support if a payment has failed, duplicated or not unlocked the expected access.
